We added the recommended amount of Sparkloid to the white wine along with Potassium Metabisulphate.

The red wine is all coming along nicely. No problems to report and tasting is very enjoyable.

Dear Dona and Stanley,

Sorry to use the Blog but could not fin an actual e-mail address....

This is Ernesto Enkerlin+Alida Madero who visited with you the day you harvested the grapes and were hard at work destalking and starting the wine this year. The quail chasers...

Many thanks again for sharing your experiences with us. It was very kind of you and interesting for us.

We have been prospecting several sites to find a good couple of "terroirs" for a small vineyard.

If all goes well maybe in 2010 we can plant our first vines.

Ing. Antonio López told me you migth plant some more and bring the grafted vines from CA.

We would be very interested to kno more about that possibility including costs and if any permits are required either from Customs or agricultural.

We would be very grateful if you could assist us with that.

All the best!!
