Added 3tsp metabisulphite and bentonite slurry to each of the 50 gallon tanks:
Red Blend
Zinfandel

Wine from Jardin Botanico was racked into another barrel. The original home for this wine was found to be leaking and was taken out of the line-up.
The Red Blend was racked into two 25 gallon barrels. One barrel was agmented by an 8 gallon top-up of Zinfandel.
30 gallons of Zinfandel was racked into a barrel.
The remaining Zinfandel was used to top-up the Jardin Botanico barrel.
