We drove to Aguascalientes on the 14th, spent the night and picked up the grapes on the 15th. We were completely loaded by 11:00 AM and returned to Parras that night.

We crushed the grapes that night. Put the must in one 80 gallon and one 50 gallon Flextank. The space was not adequate for the amount of grapes we were fermenting and we experienced some loss.
On the 16th, the big fermenter was still not ready so we added a stainless steel tub. On the 17th, the fermenter was still not ready and we added a large plastic container we found in the bodaga.
Finally, on the evening of the 16th, the big fermenter was clean and we put all the grapes together to finished fermenting. Antonio came to help transfer the must.
